Views on Multiple Monitors

If one is using 2 monitors to do 3D design, is it possible to have views on
both monitors?
For instance have Front, Top and Right views on the primary monitor and a
rendered Iso view on the secondary monitor along with all the toolbars.

As normal behaviour, you will get a big Windows desktop. The mouse
pointer pass from one monitor to the other just when it arrive to the
border of the first. All is ok if you can arrange the views to avoid
the border but the best use I´ve encountered is for the auxiliar
windows ( properties, text, some toolbars).
